We implement a comprehensive approach to understanding the value of diversity while equity, addressing justice, and inclusion. We intentionally, but not exclusively, focus on race as a way to understand and address systemic ‘isms’ and other forms of exclusion that impact organizations. A racial equity approach allows us to design programs, policies, practices, and strategies that result in fair and equitable opportunities for everyone.
Using this approach compels us:
1) to understand historic and current inequalities
2) to work internally and in partnership with communities and across sectors to deconstruct inequalities
3) to use qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess and monitor the impact of race, equity, and inclusion issues, improve their business.
Assist organizations with designing and refining their Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Strategic Action Plans that get lasting results. The developed plans are action-oriented based on Key Results Areas (KRAs), and they don’t get shelved. They can be easily monitored, scaffolded, and applied individually, by the department, and across the organization.
Provide consulting, facilitation, and training services that enhance and support Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Teambuilding and Teamwork, and Systems Review.
Services are customized to meet the specific needs of the client. Participants leave with more focus, a greater sense of who they are, and most importantly, how they can be more effective in doing their job, working with and leading others.
